Can i dye or highlight my dark brown hair HOT pink without bleaching?

I heard the Manic hair gel at hot topic works well, where else do they sell it? But i dont want to bleach my hair? can i highlight without bleaching? HoT pInK!!!!!!!

It'll come out some nasty mucky colr. I suggest bleaching first, but be careful.
No way. your hair will look orange. Unfortunatley you need to bleach it. TIP: bleach first wait three weeks then dye it hot pink!
