Go to a salon and have your hair chemically straightened, or buy a straightening kit from Walgreen or Sally's. When you put highlights in your hair, especially such a bright color with the frizz it is going to make them appear uneven. I would definitely say buy a Chi flat iron or get it chemically straightened. As for highlight ideas in pink ...

go temporary and see if you like it first, then you get and idea of whether you ll like it permanent or not, keep in mind that it wont look too good when your roots come in
um i don't think hot pink highlights would work with frizz curly hair...if you straightened your hair then yes.
