I want to get Red and Blonde highlights and my Mom informed me that it would blend together and turn Pink. Is this true? And is it possible to get Red and Blonde highlights together like I want or do I have to get lowlights or something? Help me!How can I get Red and Blonde highlights without it turning Pink?
It depends on the dye used. If you use a permanent red dye then no it will not bleed onto the other hair. If you have a pro do it they will use foils to keep the dye off the other hair. There might be a teeny tiny amount of color bleed but very minimal.
You can totally get the look you want. It totally doable.
If you use a semi permanent red dye then yes the color will bleed. It will either turn a peachy orange or a pink depending on the base color of the dye.
You can even get a few exstentions put in if you wanna forgo the whole dying hair shiz. How can I get Red and Blonde highlights without it turning Pink?
well for them not to blend together don't have your highlights too close together i didn't know that they could blend so i don't think that would happen because once my friend got blue and blonde highlights in her hair and nothing happen to her hair and the highlights were right next together
you can bleach the parts of your hair that you plan to die those colors.
If you have blonde hair already, you still have to bleach it first so it won't turn pink.
