How do I add pink or blue highlights to my hair?

I have dark blonde hair that I've highlighted with caramel %26amp; blonde highlights in the past, about 3 months ago. These 2 colors have faded %26amp; grown out quite a bit. I want to do something different this time %26amp; try either pink or blue, maybe both colors, to my hair. Does anyone have any suggestions on what brands sell these colors?How do I add pink or blue highlights to my hair?

it works great and lasts a long time. what you need to do is add a lighter color dye((natural color)) to eliminate


(well cover up the highlights)


or redo the highlights.


then you can bleach your bangs or something to add the neon color of your choice.


if you let the highlights there it will look real tacky.


so basically redo the whole thing...


if you worry about hair damage... use amonia free dyes.


also make sure your hair is a light blonde (area you want dyed neon colors)


because the color wont look as shown if you dont. ((the pink can look orange))

to get a good job, you gotta get it done.


they have to bleach the part you want to add the color to, then they will add the color.
