If you still have your natural hair colour you wont need it bleached.





If you buy the highlights from a store, then yes.. you may need it bleached.





But if you go to a professional hairdresser they'll have pink highlights... or they can make it.





My friend also got pink highlights done at a hairdresser... but they didn't have any colours to make it... so they ordered pink in.
