You can get manic panic in A LOT of drug stores... my friends and I used to do it all the time. Of course it's not going to last forever and it WILL fade - I find hair colours aside from blonde typically do though.Does anybody know a place where I can buy LIGHT PINK hair dye or highlights online?
I know the store Hot Topic used to sell hair dye like that. You may wanna check that out. Sally Beauty Supply used to carry the stuff too.

Hottopic.com has lots of hair dye from temporary, semi and demi permanent.
you might try sallybeauty.com i know that the store has pink hair dye. they have every color you can think of. maybe you can find it on there...
