None of them highlight because youre supposed to highlight your hair by yourself. Highlighting is a technique. I heard that manic panic doesnt last too long. I use splat in blue.

I have died my hair pink many times. I used Manic Panic it stays in for a really long time. Make sure you use a shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair and a deep condition at least once a week.
