i would say bleach it, or you'll look like a little girl who got one of those highlight kits
It depends on the brand of the colour. Goldwell do good colours that show up on dark hair that has not been bleached but you will need to go to a salon to get that done as those particular colours are not available to buy commercially. Other than that you will have to bleach it up unfortunatelly.
Hi I have the same colour as you, and you would definitely have to strip your hair of your natural colour first. Bummer but true!!!
