Where are good places to put pink highlights?

My hair is past my shoulders and it goes in front of my left eye. Where is a good place to put a few pink highlights? I think i may just do a test an get an extension to see if i like it. but where should i put them? Thanks!Where are good places to put pink highlights?
If you have bangs, do the bottom layer of your bangs pink (so that there's a bit of your natural hair color that falls over it). This way it'll still look good while it's growing out and nobody will see the roots.

I think like under your hair. Not a lot though, just a few. This probably sounds weird, but my friend has like a few little thin strands of peachy-orange highlights under her hair and it looks really cool and good.
